Areas of practice

What the firm
works on.

Seven areas covering personal, property, business, estate, workplace, and civil disputes.

Where matters meet

A file may belong in more than one section.

A family matter can involve a house or a closely held company. An estate can depend on title, contracts, and business ownership. A workplace dispute may raise questions about pay, authority, or an agreement between the parties.

The sections below explain the work the firm handles and some of the records that may be relevant. They are guides, not complete lists.

Whether the firm can take a matter depends on the facts, timing, legal issues, and conflicts review. An email should identify the people involved and any deadline, but should not include confidential documents.

Describe what happened, who is involved, and what is due next. The label can wait.
